SSR® Personnel has created the Inspiration in HR Award to recognise the work of HR Professionals. Now in its 3rd year, the award is open to either individuals or organisations. We recognise those who make a significant impact in the area of Human Resource management and corporate performance. Previous winners were Wilson James and Advance Security. Service sectors rely on teams of people across a number of environments, from customer-focused settings, to those that require an in-depth knowledge of technology. Human resources professionals play a key role in the selection, training and monitoring of housands of individuals across these different spheres. The Inspiration in HR award will provide these professionals with the recognition they deserve and will be presented during the British Security Industry Association’s Annual Luncheon on Wednesday 15th July 2009 at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, London W1. Entrants for the award will be judged by a panel of experts and will be chaired by the BSIA Chief Executive, John Bates.
