Following a robust pre qualification process, presentation and National Support Centre visit Kingdom developed a tailored service package to meet the needs of the leading furniture supplier which included a 10 module training package including an NVQ in Loss Prevention, Customer service training, First Aid and Conflict Management. Each training module relates to IKEA policies and procedures making the training unique to the brand.
