Al-Qaeda Net Fiend Demands UK Attack

A top al-Qaeda commander has demanded new terror attacks on Britain and the United States.

US-born Adam Gadahn issued the call in an online rant likely to be seen by thousands of fanatics.

He urged recruits to copy ex-London student Umar Abdulmutallab, accused of trying to blow up a passenger jet.

And he said fanatics had a "once-in-a-lifetime opportunity" to strike.

Gadahn, with a $1million price on his head, said: "I call on every honest Muslim in America, Britain and Israel to prepare to play his due role in repelling the aggression of the enemies of Islam.

"This is a golden, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to reap the rewards of jihad and martyrdom."

Cops were yesterday still probing an alleged terrorist fund-raising plot said to involve two British Airways workers.
