Hi I work for VSG and a postion has come up within the company and i have wanted to do this job for a long long time, my manager knows this as well as a few other people, now there are going to be one or two other people going for the job as well, one of them is the son of our managers friend, i have no promblem with that untill today when my manager went in to his workplace today and told him to apply for the job, so i am guessin what will happen at the interview, now if he does get the job What do i do, do i start shouting about favoritise or what.
I am really wanting this job and i know that with my experanice and knowledge i should walk my interview, and please do not say that i am being big headed, i have already done this job for the company once, any advice please thank you

A hard-working security guard will be struggling to repay his two mortgages after he was sacked for chasing a shoplifter.

Charles Oloro was fired after he breached HMV's health and safety policy by catching a thief outside the branch where he worked in Sutton, south London.

Mr Oloro, who had worked for HMV for 14 years, left the shop to chase a the man who had just pilfered a stack of DVDs.

I feel for some of you guys! I did 8 years in shopping centres and 4 years in retail. I've been punched kicked bit and threatened with a hammer. But i've never been threatened with a needle or a knife- although i've probably had about 30 knives handed to me off people i've arrested! 1 even said to me "don't wory about the knife, its for me to stab other junkies, you guys are perfectly safe with me"
Its a crazy life we live!

Its part of the KPI for my site that they are being done, but at whatever pace the officers do them! LMAO!!
Wen i was CCTV supervisor for a borough council system, it was always manned (no excuses acceptable). And we ensured that each radio was turned on in every shop, and i woul arrange back-up for security and store staff who needed help! Even if i had to jog down there meself!
But the frustrations of trying to talk to a poor CCTV room when i moved on was massively frustrating!
